Launched in 2007, the South Molton & District News is a quarterfold newspaper published on the second Thursday of each month.

The newspaper has a cover price of 50p and has only had to increase the issue price once since its launch. We are not envisaging increasing the newspaper cost in 2012. For our advertisers, the newspaper provides a very cost effective platform from which to advertise. Our rates include full colour and advert design. The advertising rate for the South Molton & District News is £3 per single col centimetre. All adverts must be prepaid and if a run is booked, the costs for the follwing sizes are as follows: Eighth page £33 + v.a.t., Quarter page £65 + v.a.t., Half page £130 + v.a.t or for a full page £250 + v.a.t.

We also run advertorials and are happy to talk about the many other opportunities the title offers including leaflet insertions.

This newspaper is wholly independent and has no connections whatsoever with any other newspaper or publishing group.
